Comedian Peter Kay has postponed two upcoming shows in Nottingham due to a "routine kidney procedure".
The 52-year-old was scheduled to perform at Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena on Sunday and Monday 6 October.
A statement from SJM Concerts, which was shared by Kay on his social media accounts on Monday, said the decision had been made "following medical advice".
The announcement added: "Peter will be taking a period of time to rest and recover."
