The documentary is told through "intimate" access to Osbourne family members, including Sharon, Kelly and son Jack Osbourne.
Originally conceived as a series, Home to Roost, announced in 2022, the project evolved into a one-hour film as Osbourne's health deteriorated.
It will air just under a month after the heavy metal icon died, which came two weeks after he made it on to the stage one final time for his homecoming gig at Villa Park.
