Three seat holders at the Royal Albert Hall who accused its operator of "unlawfully" depriving them of their rights to seats have lost a High Court bid for interim damages of £500,000.
The complainants say they have been excluded from more performances than the rules allow by the Corporation of the Hall of Arts and Sciences, commonly known as the Royal Albert Hall (RAH).
Earlier this month, lawyers for the men asked a judge to declare that the practice of excluding them from other performances was unlawful and to grant an injunction to stop the corporation from restricting their access beyond the terms of the law.
Judge Sir Anthony Mann ruled the declaration would be "unhelpful".
